Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, focusing on clients interested in our premium solutions. Qualify potential clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and requirements related to smart living solutions.

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, builders, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders in the smart building industry. Emphasize the benefits of smart building systems and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Client Advocacy:
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the company. Advocate for client needs and priorities during internal discussions, ensuring alignment between client expectations and company capabilities.

  • Value Proposition Communication:
  • Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of the company's products or services to clients. Demonstrate how these offerings can solve their challenges and contribute to their business success.

  • Customer Feedback and Insights:
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the company's products, services, and support. Use this information to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • . Solution Presentation and Proposal Development
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of smart building solutions. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to meet specific client needs and budgetary constraints.

  • .Market Expansion and Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing client base and leverage relationships to expand market reach. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with industry influencers and stakeholders to enhance market presence.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, tracking progress, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of sales activities. Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

  • Project Coordination:
  • As a Key Accounts Manager, you will develop and coordinate comprehensive project plan with the relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resource allocation. You will serve as the primary contact for key accounts, providing regular updates and reports. You will manage resources effectively, build strong stakeholder relationships, and track project progress against key performance indicators. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning within the project team.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the home automation industry, with a strong understanding of wired and wireless home automation products.
  • In-depth knowledge of home automation technologies, including KNX and Wi-Fi solutions
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and exceeding targets within the smart home automation market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the city to meet prospects and clients, averaging a minimum of 10 visits per week.

Must-Have:

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the company's objectives and the client's needs. Regularly review and update these plans to adapt to changes in the client's business and industry.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that meet the client's goals and challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Understand their business priorities, challenges, and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator and problem solver in addressing any conflicts or issues that arise between the company and the client. Ensure prompt resolution to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Regional Sales Manager

ABOUT EBSL AUTOMAT

Background of the Role:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Bangalore handling entire south India with 4-10+ years of relevant Sales Experience, Strategic Client Relationships, & Account Management in Small, Medium & Large-Scale Corporates and Business Groups. The primary focus will be revenue from region, business development dedicated to advancing business development and sales in tangible and quantifiable measurement. This position requires meeting annual sales revenue targets and an understanding of how to execute long-term growth goals.

As the Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for making sure the entire team falls in line with that goal. He would be managing a team of Business Development Managers for his/her region. We’re looking for a self-starting professional with managerial experience and a proven track record in sales. We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Regional Sales Manager with expertise in Smart Building Solutions and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our regional sales by providing strategic guidance, technical training, and operational support to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction in the field of IBMS and IoT solutions.

Desired Profile

Technical Enablement:

  • Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation and their components, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, energy management systems, etc.
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and their application in Home Automation, BMS, including sensors, actuators, data analytics platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to BDE/BDM on product specifications, system integrations, and technical feasibility of solutions.
  • Ensure BDM/BDE are equipped with up-to-date technical resources and documentation to support customer engagements.
  • Proactive, Self-Driven, Intuitive, Engaging, Entrepreneurial, Self-motivated, and Collaborative
  • Strategic Account management for short term and Long term Business Goals

  • Communication – Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and needs in a clear, concise, and effective manner. Should be able to be a public spokesperson for the brand
