Guard Tour System, Standalone or GSM based

AUTOMAT offers a comprehensive range of Guard Patrolling System. Guard patrolling is essential to make sure that the gateway or the premises is safe and secure. Security guard shall carry a hand held reader to the specific hotspots (a location where RFID tags are placed) and the reader records the date and time of the security guard visit to the hotspot. These data is further available for the management for a detailed analysis. Few of the highlights of the solution is as below:

• Desktop version to download the data from the hand-held and provision to view various reports like by Device wise, by Location wise, un visited location based on date. The reports can be emailed from the system.
• The data through internet shall be pushed to the server. The server shall have email ids of the respective supervisors and it shall alert through email:
• If the data is not uploaded within 24 hours from the last upload.
• The solution shall email the respective email ids the required report.
• The same browser version can be viewed on Smart Phones browser.
• Graphical reports of the solution can be viewed.
